The Inside Technology Business Consultant is responsible for the support of the Outside Sales Team; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.
Provide quotes for opportunities developed by outside salesmen on a timely basis.
Provide support to customers over the phone, electronically, and may conduct field visits as necessary.
Responsible for the monitoring, processing, and timely completion of all client licensing renewals.
Develops additional sales opportunities by researching and soliciting existing accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
Maintains and improves quality results by following NET X Core Values.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes department and organizational goals by accepting ownership of tasks; exploring and maximizing sales opportunities within the customer base.
Attend product training; acquiring vendor certifications and competencies as required.
Build referral sources and strategic alliances.
Associates Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Prior inside sales experience.
High level of initiative and enthusiasm.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Experience working with a CRM system.
