This is a great opportunity for an experienced business development professional to help grow a premier automotive exhaust manufacturer that is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the growing automotive aftermarket.
The primary role of this position is to service existing customers, enter orders, and acquire new business and expand company revenues through inside sales, cold calling, trade shows, etc.
Experience: Minimum of two years of sales experience. Strong consideration given to candidates with relationships in the automotive aftermarket, but not required.
Manage and execute the entire sales process from start to end
Researches new target accounts and extending service offerings for existing accounts
Works with leadership to develop prospect list and outreach materials as needed
Manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients
Track all opportunities and activity (email, phone calls, tasks, appointments, etc.) in a CRM database system
Travel to client sites and trade shows when needed
Proven expertise managing and growing top-line revenue in a relationship-based, consultative selling environment.
Experienced in building relationships with business owners and senior management
Ability to work independently and a demonstrable appetite for taking the lead and driving results
Willingness to ask questions, experiment, learn and grow creatively
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Skilled in developing engaging and effective sales pitches
Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing best practices
