The Partner Sales Representative (PSR) is the outsourced sales representative for 4-5 Abstrakt clients and works to generate qualified leads for those clients, using traditional and digital sales techniques.
The PSR conducts research and collects data about our target markets, identifies key decision makers, delivers client specific messages to those decision makers, and sets up meetings/appointments on behalf of our client companies.
Every PSR is responsible for managing their clients’ sales pipeline, with the main goal of setting up sales appointments with qualified prospects. With over 50+ hours of training offered to Abstrakt employees each year, PSR’s are given the opportunity to learn about not only their clients’ products and services but also about industry-specific jargon and trends, sales and prospecting best practices, as well as how to manage a sales pipeline. This is an in-house professional level sales position that gives you all of the tools and training you need to be successful in sales, whether you are just starting your career or you’re a seasoned professional. ABOUT THE JOB •Salary 30-32k plus commission/incentives driving first year to 40K plus •Quarterly base raises measured on performance •Opportunity for advancement driving salary further North of 40k •Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM work schedule •Benefits (Health/Vision/Dental and 3% Matching IRA) •Vacation (two weeks first year) •Free downtown parking
