SUMMARY Manufacturer located in Saxonburg, PA requires a strong Sales Support person for the parts department. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong communication and customer service skills; with strong Excel and data management abilities.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Following up on the status of quotes and orders for customers. This person will track the request through the plant and talk to the appropriate departments to expedite the order/quote. Update the customer on the status of their order or quote. • Pulling reports in SAP, transferring the data to Excel, then refine the data • Call customers to update contact information and product data. Gather customer information. Clean up database records. • Will use Outlook, Word and Excel, and learn SAP and Salesforce software systems
Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
REQUIREMENTS • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. With ability to learn SAP and Salesforce • Phone customer service experience • Attention to detail and accuracy • Organized and efficient • Good follow up skills and persistence • Able to work independently after training • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
