Overview: As a Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative you will be responsible of manage specific customer accounts. Candidate will be a Assistant to the sales team as well as the post sales customer service requirements. Candidate should be able to work in a fast pace, demanding environment to ensure daily customer requirements and production plans are met with respect to performance and profitability.
Responsibilities: Summary of essential job functions • Maintain working relationships with Client, Customer Service and Production Planning Representatives to forecast shipping and customer delivery requirements • Direct the planning organizing, coordination, and controlling of resources to ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective accomplishment of business strategic goals and objectives related to customer accounts are met. • Consult and assist leadership with identifying, prioritizing, and implementing program initiatives to enhance delivery, quality and value of services to beneficiaries. • Assist in Planing, organizing, and assign program/functional areas and establish internal policies, procedures, objectives and priorities. • Attend Client Customer's Production Planning meetings • Assist in utilizing clients requirements of production forecasting and utilize the information relevant to present and future production requirements • Communicate shipping requirements and forecast in an accurate and timely manner to appropriate Representatives • Resolve client inquiries in a timely manner • Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction • Be involved in shipping to ensure on time delivery • Assist in monitoring overall service levels/metrics for assigned customers • Ensure the profit objective for the account are satisfied • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements • PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), communication and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Outlook, Word, or Excel • Must exhibit the ability to work in a collaborate team environment • Ability to multi-task and understand how to prioritize workload in order of importance • You will be subject to a background and suitability investigation • A one-year probationary period may be required upon appointment • A one-year supervisory probationary period may be required upon appointment
Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years in a Customer Service related position, with increasing management responsibilities TRAVEL REQUIRED • 10-20%
